Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sri Koragajja Charitable Trust is a registered non-profit charitable organisation. All voluntary contributions, donations, seva payments, and offerings made to the Trust are considered final and non-refundable once successfully received and allocated toward ongoing charitable projects.

We understand that unexpected technical or banking errors may occasionally occur during online transactions. A refund may be considered only under the following specific conditions:

• Technical Glitch / Duplicate Transaction: If an online payment was debited more than once from your bank account or card for a single donation attempt due to a network or payment gateway error.
• Incorrect Amount Debited: If an unintentional or erroneous excess amount was transferred due to an accidental typo during the online payment process.
• Unauthorized Transaction: If a donation was made using your account/card without your authorization and is reported promptly with supporting bank verification.

To be eligible for review, all refund or cancellation requests must be officially communicated to the Trust within 7 calendar days of the transaction date. Requests received after 7 days cannot be processed as funds are immediately deployed for patient treatments and relief operations.

To submit a request, please send an email to contact@koragajjakshethraurwa.com or contact our office with the following details:

• Full Name of the Donor and Contact Phone Number.
• Date and exact Time of the donation transaction.
• Transaction Reference Number (UTR / Bank Reference / Payment ID).
• Total Amount Transferred and the intended Seva/Cause.
• A clear copy or screenshot of the bank debit confirmation or transaction slip.

Upon receiving your request and required documentation, the Trust accounts team will follow a swift verification workflow:

• Our team will cross-verify the transaction details with our receiving bank records within 3 to 5 business days.
• If approved, the refund will be initiated and credited back to the original source bank account, credit/debit card, or UPI ID.
• Refund credits typically reflect in your account within 7 to 10 working days, depending on standard banking settlement cycles.
• Applicable payment gateway processing fees or statutory banking transaction charges may be deducted as per banking rules.

If an official 80G tax exemption receipt or donation acknowledgement certificate has already been issued and reported to the Income Tax Department, a refund cannot be processed under applicable Indian tax regulations.

Donors who have set up recurring or standing bank instructions for monthly seva or annadana contributions may cancel or pause future deductions at any time by notifying the Trust or updating their bank mandate.
